Yesterday I did an event for over 400 people and things went very differently than I wanted. I did something wrong and things went wrong. I felt frustrated, I was angry with myself. I had worked long hours and dedicated my best to a new 100% online event, which is the start of a series I will be doing throughout this 2020 and the start was on the wrong foot.
I gave myself some time to think, to feel, to understand what I had failed, but also to know what I would do with that experience so that it could be a stepping stone in the path of my continuous learning and growth.
