A little more about me
For more than a decade, I have been dedicated to the training and growth of people.
I have been fortunate to have had several learning and growth opportunities that have marked my life.
I studied organizational psychology at the University of Santiago de Chile, then I obtained a master’s degree in organizational development and strategic management of people and I am currently a Ph.D. in education and new technologies. But my life has been marked by experiences far beyond academics.
In 2012 I fought against advanced lymphatic cancer, after which I retired from corporate work to train and accompany people in Integrative Coaching.
I have trained more than 20,000 people in 14 countries. I have founded companies with presence in 32 nations.
